“I have been with Meals on Wheels since 2005 when I began volunteering with my then 5-year old son Josh. I am the current Executive Director and find great pleasure in knowing the non-profit gives those in need nutritious hot meals, friendly calls, and daily social interactions. I have met so many amazing volunteers and clients over the past 20 years and I am honored to serve this organization for all these years! Every day here is a day where life is fulfilling.

I’ve been apart of Meals on Wheels for 8 years. I have always looked for a job that gives back in some way, so I feel blessed to be a part of a non-profit company that helps the local community in which I live in. I love working with our wonderful clients and our volunteers who fill my heart with joy everyday.

I have been with TLMOW since 2011, filling in where I am needed to help operations continue to run smoothly. I am grateful for this opportunity to work her and the much needed service that it provides to individuals in the community that are in need of healthy meals. I am also grateful for the many wonderful volunteers that give so selflessly of their time.

I started working at Meals on Wheels in January of 2020. I was a bit nervous as I hadn’t worked outside of home for a long while. Little did I know how much this job would enrich my life. My coworkers, the volunteers and the clients all bring me so much joy and inspiration. I love this organization and continue to enjoy working here!

Volunteer Coordinator

I first came to Meals on Wheels as a volunteer in 2017, after seeing an inspiring TV ad. I had been looking for a way to honor a dear friend, and the act of giving seemed perfect. I loved the work MOW was doing and got more involved, ultimately serving on the Board of Directors. In 2023 a staff position opened just as I was retiring my graphic design business, and I officially joined the team. The experience continues to be rewarding.
